    Hi Antonio,

    I see that myself and Mikayla got back to you over email first. I'm going to list the fix here for the benefit of anyone who finds this while searching for a similar issue.

    Based on the details you shared, it sounds like the Palette Extension signing certificate is missing or expired. We became aware of this happening in a number of cases and developed two immediate fixes, available here: https://palette.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360059348131

    So far the fixes linked have worked to resolve all cases where the "not properly signed" error message is displaying. If you run into any further problems, please follow up on our email threads or comment on the post I linked above. I promise we can get to the bottom of this :)
