    Hi Antonio, am I correct in my understanding that the hardware itself is becoming unresponsive?

    If you're unsure: do the Palette module lights turn to the default light blue or black when it stops working?

    Assuming this is the case, this is most often due to a faulty connection between Palette and your computer. A few tips on how to connect:

    1. If you're using a USB hub or other adapter, connect directly to a port on your computer instead.
    2. If you have a USB-C machine (2016+ MacBook, for example), we recommend the Apple USB-C to USB-A single port dongle or the Apple USB-C AV Digital Multiport dongle.
    3. Try another cable and another port
