Here's my 4 part Animation Profile workflow for After Effects.
1/4 - Main Profile
4 Buttons - Next profile / toggle solo / toggle enable / set keyframe
6 Sliders - Input black / input white / gamma / output black / output white
6 Dials - Adjust selected properties / previous-next frame / playhead
These 6 sit at the bottom (next to my keyboard), the idea is to quickly swap between the 4 profiles, and only this area changes. Everything else stays the same throughout all profiles.
The LED's changed depending on what profile you have active, and the next and previous buttons are colored the same as the previous and next profile.
2/4 - 3D Position
3 New Buttons - Previous profile / undo / next profile
3 New Dials - Position X / position Y/ position Z
3/4 - 3D Rotation
3 New Dials - Rotation X / rotation Y/ rotation Z
4/4 - 3D Anchor
3 New Dials - Anchor point X / anchor point Y / anchor point Z

4. Download 3D_Anchor.plp here
or as a zip
Hope that makes sense, I works really well at the early stages of a project. It falls off a little as the project gets heavier.
