If you see the following message:
There was an error during the update process!
Please restart PaletteApp and try again."
This is an indication that a firmware update or screen update failed.
Quit PaletteApp and disconnect the core, then restart PaletteApp and try again. If the update process failed, then try the update again after following these processes:
1) Use a USB 3.0+ port. Always connect directly to your host machine.
2) Remove all dials, sliders, and buttons, leaving only the core.
3) Use a different USB cable.
