Your Palette screen may display a white square or distorted images if the screen pack is out of date or corrupted.
To fix this, update the screen images:
1) Open the About PaletteApp dialog window.
On Mac OS, go to the "PaletteApp 2" menu and click on "About PaletteApp 2":
On Windows, go to the Help menu and click on About:
2) Click Reset Palette Screen while the core module is connected via USB. We recommend removing all other modules to reduce the risk of errors.
The screen images will then update on your core module and look good as new.
