Do you ship to any country?

Yes! We have already shipped to customers in 43 different countries!

Will I pay taxes and/or duties on my order?

Palette may charge sales tax for sales of Products; Canadian orders will show sales tax (HST or GST) upon checkout, while International orders will have sales tax collected upon import.

If you have questions about import fees, please reach out to us at or purchase from one of our Worldwide Retail Partners in your continent.

If sales tax is not indicated during the checkout process, it will be collected upon import along with all other charges related to customs, duties, and brokerage fees. Palette does not receive these funds, nor do we mandate their collection; they are collected by customs as part of international trade agreements.

Can I customize my Palette kits?

Yes! Individual dials, sliders, and buttons are now available to order. Combine these add-on modules with one of our kits (Starter, Expert, or Professional) to achieve your ideal setup!

Our recommended maximum is 18 modules, not including the Core. Keep in mind, however, each module can be assigned multiple functions using our profile switching function.

What is the Warranty & Returns policy? 

Included with your Palette hardware is a limited one (1) year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase, and we offer a 30-day return policy (return shipping not included).
