    I received my starter kit and now I have been babysitting the download of the app for 5 hours now.  Still excited but . . . OMG.  Every 20 minutes or so the connection times out.  Had I known I would have purchased a usb-c to ethernet adapter but I have not needed one up till now.  Just fyi.

    Hey Lawrence, that's definitely not the usual; sorry for the frustration. Any chance you're on a managed network, or running a firewall? I just checked and the install is coming through in under 3 min on my home network.

    Select "Submit a Request" from the top right if you have continued trouble; I'll be happy to look further into it.
